Ida has more than ten years’ experience, gained from foreign banks and financial institutions, hospital, education institute and an I.T. consulting firm. She has extensive experience in helping companies of different industries to setup their offices in Hong Kong from ground up. She successfully helped a French bank and a Korean finance company to set up their Human Resources & Administration Department. In addition, she has focused on career coaching, course development and training at a top Hong Kong hospital.

-  Opening of the Hong Kong Branch of Banque Francaise du Commerce Exteriour
-  Opening of the KEB Leasing & Finance Ltd. (a subsidiary of Korea Exchange Bank)

- Opening and Registration of Glorious Education Institute (Registered under Education Ordinance)
- Mentoring for university students (voluntary social service)
